Red, White & Rewarded Sweepstakes Official Rules
Promotion Period: June 26, 2026 – July 5, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE.
1. Sponsor
The Red, White & Rewarded Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Overview
The Promotion consists of two separate but concurrent promotional activities:
A. Visit Reward Promotion
Eligible loyalty members who visit a participating Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar location during the Promotion Period may receive a surprise loyalty reward loaded to their loyalty account. Rewards are distributed at random and are subject to availability.
- Maximum of one (1) reward per loyalty account per day.
- Receipt of a reward does not guarantee receipt of additional rewards on future visits.
B. Sweepstakes Entry Promotion
Eligible loyalty members will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing for each qualifying transaction made during the Promotion Period.
- Maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per loyalty account per day.
- One (1) prize recipient will receive a $250 Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar gift card loaded as stored value to the recipient’s loyalty account.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who are registered members of the free Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar loyalty program.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 5, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
5. How to Participate
Loyalty Visit Participation
- To participate, eligible individuals must:
- Be enrolled in the free Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar loyalty program; and
- Identify or use their loyalty account during a qualifying transaction completed through a participating Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar channel during the Promotion Period.
- Enrollment in the Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar loyalty program is free. No purchase is required to create a loyalty account.
- Qualifying transactions include:
- Dine-in purchases
- Takeout orders
- Orders placed through Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar’s website or mobile ordering platforms
- Transactions completed through third-party delivery or marketplace platforms, including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, Grubhub, and Favor, are not eligible.
- Each qualifying transaction may:
- Trigger a randomly distributed loyalty reward, and
- Generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
- Limit one (1) reward opportunity and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per loyalty account per calendar day.
Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or visit, eligible individuals may mail a handwritten 3” x 5” card with their full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2026 and received by July 5, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day during the Promotion Period.
Mail-in entrants are eligible only for the Sweepstakes drawing and are not eligible for loyalty rewards distributed through visit participation.
6. Sweepstakes Prize
One (1) Sweepstakes prize will be awarded:
- Prize: $250 Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar gift card issued as stored value within the recipient’s loyalty account.
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and can only be redeemed at participating Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar locations.
7. Selection and Notification
The potential Sweepstakes recipient will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The verified Sweepstakes recipient may be announced by Sponsor after eligibility confirmation.
The potential recipient will be notified using the contact information associated with their loyalty account or mail-in entry.
If the potential recipient:
Cannot be contacted,
- Is determined to be ineligible,
- Has multiple or duplicate accounts,
- Fails to respond within seven (7) days, or
- Does not comply with these Official Rules.
Sponsor may select an alternate recipient.
8. Reward Distribution
Loyalty rewards available through the Visit Reward Promotion:
Are distributed at random,
- May vary in type and value,
- Are available while supplies last,
- Are subject to availability, and
- May expire if not redeemed within the timeframe stated in the loyalty account.
Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding;
- Allow Sponsor to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes if selected for the Sweepstakes prize, where permitted by law.
- Entries generated through multiple loyalty accounts created by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
- Recipient is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, loyalty program providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any reward or Sweepstakes prize, including, but not limited to:
- Technical errors or failures of any kind;
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion;
- Lost, interrupted, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications;
- Errors in the administration of the Promotion or processing of entries;
- Printing, typographical, programming, or operational errors;
- Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any reward or Sweepstakes prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Interrupted or unavailable network, server, wireless service, internet service provider, website, or other connections;
- Failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications;
- Any technical malfunction, failure, or difficulty;
- Any inability of a participant to access or participate in the Promotion.
- Tax, tip, gratuity on transactions where the reward redeemed.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion.
Except where prohibited, participants agree that:
- Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
- Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, if any; and
- Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, or any other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.
The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar’s applicable privacy policy.
