We’re so excited to introduce our newest dishes across our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus! We’re also debuting a brand new weekend brunch menu with items exclusively available Saturdays and Sundays (that pair well with mimosas, of course!).

At Black Walnut Cafe, we’re all about creating an experience our guests can delight in time and time again. That’s why we’ve created dishes with a lot of personality (see new pancakes: Coffee Cake, Carrot Cake, Pineapple Upside Down and Strawberry Shortcake); a lot of flair (we’re looking at you, El Burrito); and dishes that stay true to being the comforting classics we know and love (like our oh-so-cozy Chicken Picatta).

We’re especially proud to also introduce our newest partner behind our burgers: HeartBrand Beef, from Flatonia, Texas! We’ve worked with HeartBrand to create a proprietary beef blend of Akaushi Wagyu and Angus we use for our American Burger and new Gorgonzola Burger. This meat’s intense marbling and blend leads to our burgers being consistently more tender, juicy and flavorful.
