What happens to the Black Walnut Gift Cards I have?

If you have any Black Walnut Gift Cards, please fill out the form below, and we will mail you a check (from Woodlands Hospitality Group LLC) within 14 business days.

Holiday promotional Bonus Cards can be used in one of our Greater Houston area locations.

Gift Card Refund Request

Please submit only one request, and expect a check payment from Woodlands Hospitality Group LLC to be mailed to your address in about 14 business days. Please make sure the photo / scan of your gift card clearly shows all the numbers on the back, including the PIN code (you may need to scratch to reveal it).
