Do you usually have a sweet tooth for breakfast? Check out our ‘Breakfast as a Treat’ section for our classic pancakes and new Caramel Apple French Toast.
Or if you prefer a more savory breakfast, we’ve added two new Eggs Benedicts to our menu. Our Farmer “Bob’s” Benedict features chicken fried steak and cream gravy, and our Fly South (of the Border) Benedict has grilled marinated fajita steak with yellow onions and sweet bell peppers.
If you want a pre-flight snack, try our new Cockpit Queso: house-made queso, roasted peppers and onions, tomatoes, spicy sausage, cilantro and corn tortilla chips.
The Legal Eagle Salad flew in just in time for summer. This bright, fresh salad features our chunky chicken salad, spicy walnuts, grapes, strawberries, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, mixed greens and lemon Otis dressing.
And we’re excited to introduce our new American Burger. The patty is a half-pound of ground brisket and chuck, which means you’ll be sinking your teeth into juiciness with each bite. We pile on American cheese, lettuce and tomato, and our latest house-made pickles for that tangy crunch. Finally, we spread spicy mustard mayo on a brioche and serve it with your choice of our new house-made potato salad or fries.
This classic is also our new $100 Hamburger – aviation slang for the excuse a general aviation pilot might use to fly. Order this and you’ll receive not only a great burger, but also a $100 gift card! (Sorry, you cannot use the gift card to purchase the $100 burger.)
