Home News Restaurants Host Fundraiser Supporting Operation…

Update, Feb. 4, 2020: Thank you to our guests, partners and community for helping us raise $4,500 for Operation Homefront!

Join us on Monday night, January 27, at any participating Black Walnut location to help raise funds for Operation Homefront, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strong, stable, and secure military families. A portion of our dinner sales from 4 p.m. to close will be donated to support Operation Homefront and their mission.

This fundraiser is not only a way to say thank you to all our active and veteran U.S. military personnel for their service and sacrifices, but also a purposeful way we can come together to give back. When you bring your family in for dinner, stop by for happy hour with friends, pick up dessert or even order your meal to-go, you’ll be making an impact.

The donations raised from this Spirit Night will go toward Operation Homefront’s initiatives such as giving military families relief through their Critical Financial Assistance and transitional housing programs; resiliency through their permanent housing and caregiver programs; and recurring support through a variety of seasonally focused and specialty family programs.

At Black Walnut, we believe in the power of community. We’re honored to partner with Operation Homefront and support their mission to ensure military families can thrive in our communities they work so hard to protect.
