PGA TOUR Champions Catering

The Woodlands Country Club has been hosting the annual Insperity Invitational for 17 years, part of the PGA TOUR Champions Charles Schwab Cup. This year’s tournament — taking place between April 28 - May 4, 2025 — attracted many Pro Players and thousands of fans from across the world. Volunteers were treated to a fresh, flavorful meal featuring our Chicken Croissant Sandwich and our new Texas State Flag Salad—a vibrant mix of blueberries, strawberries, jicama, candied Texas pecans, blue cheese, and mixed greens, tossed in our signature vinaigrette. These two guest favorites showcased Black Walnut’s commitment to quality ingredients and elevated comfort food.

The Insperity Invitational is one of the premier golf tournaments in the Greater Houston area, drawing thousands of spectators and top-tier golf professionals to The Woodlands, Texas each spring. The event’s success depends heavily on its dedicated volunteers—and Black Walnut was honored to keep them well-fed and energized.

With six Greater Houston area locations, there is a Black Walnut nearby to enjoy a breakfast before, late lunch or dinner after any PGA TOUR event in town.
