What do I get for signing up for your loyalty program?
You will receive a free shareable appetizer just for signing up! It will be added to your account within 24 hours once you create your account in our mobile app or complete this registration form.
Was I automatically enrolled if I was already part of your e-Club?
If you were already an e-Club member and completed this registration form, you were automatically enrolled into our loyalty program and given 250 points! Download the app to make future ordering and earning points easier.
What are Black Walnut Loyalty Levels?
Black Walnut has three loyalty levels: Acorn, Hazelnut, and Walnut. See 'Levels' above to learn more about the benefits of each level.
Do my reward points expire?
Black Walnut Loyalty points do not expire, but yearly points toward level status will reset to zero on January 1st each calendar year.
How does my Loyalty Level change?
As a Black Walnut Loyalty member, you earn points with every qualifying purchase. You progress to the next level once you reach a certain number of points. Loyalty Level status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular level each year or the level will not be maintained.
Once I receive status Level Acorn, Hazelnut, or Walnut, how long does it last?
Level status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular level each year or the status will not be maintained. Each year, a member has until December 31st to reach or maintain status. On January 1st, yearly points towards level status will reset to zero. Points toward status do not rollover. To view your status information, check the home screen of the Black Walnut mobile app or or online by visiting the Account Balance section of your profile page.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at one time?
Yes! You can redeem however many rewards as you can based on your points.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Black Walnut mobile app and tap on the hamburger icon on the top left corner (three horizontal lines). Then tap on “Update Profile” and then “Delete Account” on the very bottom. You can also email loyalty@blackwalnutcafe.com to request your account be permanently deleted. Your profile information including your first and last name, email address, zip code, phone number and birthdate will be deleted.
