Black Walnut has three loyalty levels: Acorn, Hazelnut, and Walnut. See 'Levels' above to learn more about the benefits of each level.
Black Walnut Loyalty points do not expire, but yearly points toward level status will reset to zero on January 1st each calendar year.
As a Black Walnut Loyalty member, you earn points with every qualifying purchase. You progress to the next level once you reach a certain number of points. Loyalty Level status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular level each year or the level will not be maintained.

Yes! You can redeem however many rewards as you can based on your points.
You can redeem rewards for any regular menu items and happy hour, but not for LTO (limited time offer) or special features.
You can scan the QR code on your receipt under the Missing Points option in the Black Walnut app. If your receipt does not have a QR code you can fill out the contact form here and attached a picture of a valid receipt. *Receipts dated before the day of signing up to our loyalty program are not valid.
Go to the Black Walnut mobile app and tap on the hamburger icon on the top left corner (three horizontal lines). Then tap on “Update Profile” and then “Delete Account” on the very bottom. You can also email loyalty@blackwalnutcafe.com to request your account be permanently deleted. Your profile information including your first and last name, email address, zip code, phone number and birthdate will be deleted.
