Catering Loyalty Program

If you’re a loyalty member, you can receive a $25 off reward when you spend $500 on a catering or banquet order. To place an order, please call or email your neighborhood Black Walnut. 

EZ Cater and 3rd party orders are not eligible for earning points or redeeming rewards.

Loyalty FAQ

What do I get for signing up for your loyalty program?

You will receive a free shareable appetizer just for signing up! It will be added to your account within 24 hours once you create your account in our mobile app or complete this registration form. 

Was I automatically enrolled if I was already part of your e-Club? 

If you were already an e-Club member and completed this registration form, you were automatically enrolled into our loyalty program and given 250 points! Download the app to make future ordering and earning points easier.  

Can I redeem multiple rewards at one time? 

Yes! You can redeem however many rewards as you can based on your points. 

How do I delete my account? 

Go to the Black Walnut mobile app and tap on the hamburger icon on the top left corner (three horizontal lines). Then tap on “Update Profile” and then “Delete Account” on the very bottom. You can also email loyalty@blackwalnutcafe.com to request your account be permanently deleted. Your profile information including your first and last name, email address, zip code, phone number and birthdate will be deleted.
